Hi there. I requested to William Hill withdrawal my money, and they don't give me my money back, the amount was 180£. They asked for some documents like a selfie of you and your passport, a selfie of you and your bank statement including your card that u deposit the money, a handwritten letter with your username and account id, i sent them via email and via live chat 8 times, and they continue telling to me that the files are not in the email attached.
