I deposited 39 U.S dollars and placed a bet with LSBet on 9th, April 2020. The bet won and the total payout was 85 dollars. I decided to withdraw the money and they asked for verification. I gave them all the documents that they asked and I received an email informing me that the account is verified and that the funds will be in my account within the next 24 hrs. They also told me that they won't be accepting any more bets from my account due to commercial reasons which I understood. However 3 days later and the money is yet to be processed. Each customer support promises the funds will be there within 24 hrs but in reality, I have noticed it is just a tactic to pass on the problem to the next person. Their terms and conditions state that funds are processed between 1 and 3 days, so my payment is well overdue. I have the emails and screenshots of the conversations as proof. They are proving to be a very shady company.
