How do I complain
Can anyone help with helping me complain about this company? I will try and make this a quick overview of the complaint. I fell in to the trap of bet 10 euro get 45 euro free. I quickly lost the 10 but just as quick built up and bet more than their terms with the bonus funds, and having 400 euros in the account as of yesterday. Today they have removed this money from my account stating that this was all bonus funds and had to be used by today and I had not bet anymore of my own money (310 euro) basically not put anything more in from my bank, who would do this when you're betting with credit in the account. So believe this to be unfair terms and conditions, am I correct in saying this? And if so who can I complain to as they are not on the IBAS website.
