If these projections come true, Betsson's top line will have increased by at least 17% over last year, and EBIT will have raised by at least 18%. Betsson's revenue will have grown from €186.3m on a sequential basis, up at least 7%, and EBIT will have increased by 28%. According to Betsson, a beneficial revenue mix and a configurable business model are also to thank for this anticipated increase in profitability, which was generally driven by increased player engagement during Q3.

Latin America, Central and Eastern Europe, and Central Asia were among the markets that saw notably rapid growth. This would be in line with Betsson's review of Q2 results when these regions were significant growth contributors. Furthermore, due to the upcoming 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, most of the major European football leagues began play earlier than usual in Q3, something that has also played a part.
