Beware of Expekt they have non-existent customer service. I have been trying for over a week to withdraw funds from my account, but they just keep on stalling. They request identity documents and confirmation of address. When I am trying to upload these documents I always get a reply that the file is too big, "failing to upload", documents are too blurry.... The excuses keep on coming. There is no one to contact online customer service, and if you are so lucky that you find their email, they will only answer in a short sentence that is not helpful at all.. It seems that they have some kind of scheme to stall customers that wants to withdraw funds. They are not serious. Stay away!!
I love placing my wagers on Expekt as they have everything I want. High odds, asian handicaps, fast in play section and no charges on my withdrawals. Don't make the mistake I did however and deposit through a credit card, as you will have to pay a small fee.
By far the worst bookie i have ever played. Their website is old, live betting is unacceptable and the odds are very low. However, i have to mention that i neved had a problem with my withdrawal.
Expekt is very good in my opinion. They give away some good promotions, they have good odds, a nice live streaming service and almost everything a player wants. But not any welcome bonuses and that's a pity!
