At the beginning, I could say 10/10. Went through verification, everything OK. Made a few deposits and withdrawal. Everything was OK until I tried to withdraw more than I deposited. Then I got a lot of strange additional verification requests. After three days of sending emails with very detailed pictures of my payment processor (Skrill), selfies with monitor and their message on it with a passport. I got my money very fast, after that verification process but i will never play at Betwinner again.

I won 3 matches and a big amount. Then i try to verify my account, which i did it after eight days. You should be patient with them, very slow customer service.

Withdrawing your winnings is super difficult. The customer care is sometimes rude and inefficient. They only copy generic messages and reply to you with that every time. You have to be very patient to manage to get your money.

Good odds and nice interface. But on the other hand, sometimes there is a delay to withdrawals. Just send all the documents they need and you will be ok. 

They have a requirement to have 3 events with 1.40 odds on a acca, and a requirement to bet your deposit 5 times. As a result, the bonus money you get when you sign up is basically worthless. 

Ι love their style as a website, while they are excellent at their live betting part.

Voided my bets after I placed them on "expired" market. As always bookies do not pay for their mistakes.

Why are they so slow when it comes to answering any questions I might have? And the reason I contacted them is that I saw limits on my account, without any reason.
