Man City enters the race to sign Neymar Manchester City is the latest powerhouse pursuing the sign of Brazilian superstar Neymar who is ready to leave PSG. The Citizens are ranked as the second favourites on BetVictor with odds of 6.00 (5/1), behind Chelsea at 4.00 (3/1).
