New Hawaii Gambling Bill is Introduced

Many things are about to change in Hawaii according to the gambling in the country, since the previous days Hawaii senator, Will Espero, filed the new Hawaii gambling bill with the number SB677 and that means that poker is about to be legalized. The country does not have any land based casinos yet and since thousands of residents send millions of dollars out of the state by gambling illegally in offshore operators, he thought that it would be a good idea to legalize gambling in the state.

Could Hawaii Lead US Change?

The new bill would also establish the Hawaii Internet Lottery and Gaming Corporation, while there will be an opportunity for the state to reach out other states in order to create new partnerships for the online games. The players should be over 19 years old to have the right to gamble. Although most of the casino games are now ready to be permitted, sports betting still remains outlawed, but there is a slight chance that in the coming months there will be a change of heart for the sports betting too.
