The sports betting company, Parimatch, rebranded its corporate identity and was renamed Parimatch Tech, while establishing itself as a multi-market and product-focused sports betting business.
The bookmaker that started as a single betting shop 27 years ago, has now a great influence on the sports betting market; being one of the most renowned betting brands in the UK, Ukraine, Cyprus, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Kenya and Nigeria.
Parimatch Tech aims at returning to its home market of Ukraine as a fully licensed sportsbook, under the nation’s new gambling bill, and for that to happen, changes need to be made. However the betting group made it clear that there will be no changes regarding its main Parimatch B2C brand and that the renaming aims at aligning the firm’s diverse corporate units.
More specifically, the company joint-CEO, Maksym Liashko, stated: “Becoming Parimatch Tech is a natural step for us as a company, and formalises and reflects our technological transformation,” Liashko remarked. “It is a sign of the maturity of our company internally, and we are pleased to share this news with both the public and our partners”.
“While there are many challenges laying before our industry and ambitious targets for us to meet, Parimatch Tech is confident in its ability to continue to modernise and improve the gaming and entertainment industry across the world” he added.
The now rebranded and restructured group aims to continue its expansion and seek new tech partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to enhance Parimatch’s consumer profile across multiple jurisdictions.

Parimatch has been a huge brand for the CIS since forever, but their most important improvement is that they keep enhancing their international presence. Apart from the local licenses in Cyprus, Russia and some minor Eastern European countries, they also actively target Tanzania & India. Additionally, they are about to turn their attention to more African territories, Pakistan and Brazil. By having Conor "Notorious" McGregor and Mike Tyson as their ambassadors they have gained points in awareness. I consider PM as a much more honest bookmaker than the majority of the CIS books. Moreover is a top choice for cricket or UFC betting and the lines are super competitive. On the other hand, the Air Parimatch site is complicated to me, while they haven’t improved the slow live betting acceptance. Overall, they are a decent sportsbook, promising to make worth your while.
