The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) organization announced that it became an official partner of the crypto-sportsbook Stake.com. The partnership was officially launched on March 5, 2021 and is mainly focused on the Latin American and Asian markets. As a matter of fact, Stake will be the first UFC partner to operate in both regions, except for Brazil.
The collaboration will allow the emerging bookmaker to add unique UFC-based promotions to its platform, featuring some of the most popular MMA fighters. Notably, in January 2021, Israel Adesanya signed to be the first UFC fighter to become a Stake ambassador.
The UFC Vice President of Global Partnerships, Nick Smith, stated: “We’re thrilled to partner with an exciting and emerging platform like Stake.com to offer our fans exclusive digital and social content, as well as an innovative gaming experience.” He also added: “UFC prides itself on being innovators, and Stake.com is a unique way for fans to experience the action and excitement of UFC.”
Stake’s Public Relationships Manager, Milan Jovancevic, said: “All of us at Stake are massive UFC enthusiasts. We’re excited to partner with such a dominant brand to deliver a one-of-a-kind betting experience and accelerate our global expansion”.

Stake.com is a name that undoubtedly comes to mind in discussions about crypto gambling. The brand originates from the people behind Primedice, one of the first pure crypto gambling sites. I really appreciate their in-house sportsbook, as it offers a wide variety of sports events and quite competitive odds on several markets. It is a welcome change of pace from the hundreds of white-label bookies. Furthermore, crypto-only payments work smoothly and are a huge plus for players that prefer betting under the radar. Just remember to monitor the current crypto market trends, as you are not protected against the infamous crypto volatility. Nonetheless, I would like to see some upgrades in certain areas. Features like Bet-Builder and Partial/Auto Cash Out are a must nowadays. Also, a few more sports promotions would be a good addition. In any case, Stake is on a good path, and I am curious to see how their UK launch will roll out. I believe that every bettor familiar with cryptocurrencies should try them out.
