Customer support is very poor, software and website are old-style. You place a bet and it takes ages to be placed. For me, the live betting section is by far the worst.
If you like to bet on the US sports, then there aren't any other serious choices after 5dimes. All the American leagues and sports will be found here, the website is easy to navigate and the promotions are great!
I remember 5dimes from back in the day. They have really improved their website and if you can find a way to bypass the restrictions in the USA, they are a solid choice.
