Sportsbook Xmas Presents The Swedish bookmaker Betsson enters the Kenyan betting market via its Betsafe brand, which will be operated by the local company Bet High. The Kenyan firm is licensed by the Betting Control and Licensing Board.

Players will have an array of payment options in their hands making the wagering enjoyable. Bettors can place their stakes through the bookie’s website or via SMS messaging. Furthermore, Betsson’s entrance in Kenya will also create new jobs; with the plan being to appoint more than 150 people locally within the next two years. It is also worth mentioning that the operator has set as a goal to keep an eye on the local football talents allowing them to develop and nurture.

Bet High’s acting managing director, Alex Kobia, celebrated the news by stating: “Our Responsible gaming program is unlike any other in this market with the safety of the Kenyan sports betting fans in mind.
