Intralot Peru saled stakes to Nexus Gaming

Since last May it has been known that Intralot Peru was about to sale a huge 80 per cent of the company’s stake to Nexus Gaming and is it was expected, the sale of the stakes were confirmed just a few days ago. In general, Intralot seems to be really active in their business and we should remind that they have been in a string of sales and purchases, such as this year’s purchase of 49% stake from the Bulgarian gaming company, Eurobet.

Intralot will keep a 20 per cent stake in Peruvian business, providing technological services and solutions for its operations. But as it was stated, their expanding strategy will continue on the upcoming year, so as it seems, a number of expansion business throughout the world is awaiting Intralot. Their aim after all is “to create, in selected countries, strategic partnerships with strong local partners that offer substantial synergies and local market know-how, strengthening the development of the local business”.
