Pinnacle goes “all in” on player retention

28 Feb 2018

Pinnacle2018 is seeing two reputable companies joining forces in an already promising endeavour. Online sports betting legend, Pinnacle and retention solutions provider, Enteractive are now working together to further improve the sports betting company’s online gaming experiences.

Through personal phone calls with players, that are no longer active on Pinnacle, Enteractive’s agents are delving deeper into the specifics of what could have gone better and what punters were looking for in betting.

Furthermore, Enteractive’s well qualified operators will get notified via an alert system regarding player activity, and can thus proactively engage with those who are about to “opt out” and re-engage them in a timely manner.

The timing of this collaboration is perfect as it follows Enteractive’s agreement with Gaming Innovation Group in 2017.

Mikael Hansson, CEO of Enteractive emphasized the provider’s excellent performance in 2017 and expressed enthusiasm in how the company kicked things off in 2018 with their new collaboration. Mr Hansson also pointed out that he is satisfied with the company’s increasingly prestigious position in the online gaming industry.

Pinnacle’s CEO Paris Smith acknowledged how expensive new player acquisition can prove to be, and highlighted how fundamental it is to implement innovative and affordable ways to retain existing players. Pinnacle is already enjoying the fruits of their collaboration as an increase in churned players going active once again is already prevalent.

BOOK SPY BONUS REVIEW

Pinnaclesports needs no introduction. It can be regarded as an Asian, American and European bookie at the same time, covering the needs of almost every player around the world. Despite the rebranding, for the majority, the book still is the favorite Pinny of the players (including me) and still the perfect destination for the pro punters. It is one of the limited real bookmakers left in the industry and one of the few where the winners are welcome. Bear in mind though that there are certain restrictions applying to this statement. If you consistently place max bets on minor leagues, you might see your betting limits being cut, or your odds shift at those leagues. On the cons, the x3 deposit rollover, the only 1 free withdrawal per month and the lack of in-play combos are a slight setback. As for the top feats, you can see the odds ripples through the Dynamic Lines and I must admit I love their excellent betting resources. The same goes for the extra low margins at the best leagues, the withdrawal limits and the rebet option. Overall, if you want to become a top-notch punter, that is your top and final destination.
