Ladbrokes is one of the biggest bookmakers all over the world. The UK betting company proves that with two new great partnerships, after agreeing sponsorships with Leicester and Burnley.
For the 2017/18 football season, Ladbrokes will be feature on LED advertising boards and interview backdrops in Leicester's King Power stadium (capacity: 32,000). The famous bookmaker will also be advertised at the club’s social media.
The deal with Burnley will last for three (3) years and will see Ladbrokes visible in LED advertising on the giant monitor of Turf Moor (capacity: 22,546) and also at the club’s social media. Additionally, the betting company will provide betting services at Turf Moor in every home game with extra betting offers for loyal Burnley fans.
Ladbrokes' Head of PR, Jessica Bridge, said in an official statement: “We are very excited to be forming this dynamic partnership with Leicester City and Burnley as another enthralling Premier League season gets underway. It promises to be an exciting season ahead for both Clubs and we would like to wish the managers, the players and all the fans the very best of luck.”
Francis Callejon, Head of Commercial Acquisition at Leicester City Football Club, said: "We are proud to welcome Ladbrokes into our family of partners. The partnership with one of the UK’s leading betting brands meets our aim of attracting the strongest partners in order to deliver the best services to our fans. Ladbrokes share our passion for the game and we have a number of exciting plans to enhance the overall supporter experience.”
Burnley FC Commercial Director, Anthony Fairclough, added: "This will create a lot of new experiences for the fans, which will be delivered by Ladbrokes, and some exciting offers during the course of the season to come. We look forward to welcoming Ladbrokes and not only will it involve major exposure at Turf Moor, it will see a full betting service offered to fans through the concourses, as well as their branding on the Cricket Field Stand, which was previously sponsored by David Fishwick."

With over 100 years of experience, Ladbrokes is one of the most familiar betting brands in the UK. It is one of the few companies that has moved to racecourse management by acquiring Lingfield Park in 1975 and one of the few that offers both fixed odds and betting exchange. It has managed to retain a top spot by combining the advantages of being an established High Street bookie with providing new technologies and keeping up with the gamification trends. The sportsbook has proven its innovative spirit, with the addition of features like the unique 5-A-Side service. In terms of safety and stability, Ladbrokes ticks all boxes. Nevertheless, there are a couple of areas I would like to see some improvements. First of all, the payout is below par even for the top sports like football and tennis. I would expect a bookmaker of this caliber to offer higher odds to players. Also, like other Entain brands, they tend to limit winning players quite fast. Finally, I would like to see them reopen to more countries in the near future. All in all, Ladbrokes guarantees an action-packed environment, no matter which sport you want to bet.
