In 21/07/2017 a player contacted the bookmakers.bet support team claiming that 1xbet had scammed him from his money. Following a rigorous investigation of the problem and a review of the player’s complaint we present you our findings on the matter.
You can view the conversation between the player and 1xbet, as per his request:
I registered the account long ago, for all the time I made deposits for a total of about 200 thousand rubles (€2.800), for the whole time of the game I never withdraw any funds, as a result of the winnings the amount on the account was 298 thousand rubles. In February, my account was blocked without explanation, the account is still blocked, I fulfil all the requirements of the security service of 1xbet, for all the proceedings in my account, I was provided with the following documents:
- Photo of the passport's home page and photo of the residence registration page.
- Screenshots from the personal account of the account in 1xbet.
- Screenshots from the personal account Qiwi wallet.
- Screenshots from the Internet bank.
- A photo of me on the background of newspaper with the security service, where I hold a passport.
- A new photo of me on the background of newspaper with the security service, where I hold a passport.
- Photo of the agreement on the SIM card.
- Several forms of bookmakers filled in on the site.
- 2 completed questionnaires and sent by ground mail.
- Notarially certified passport sent by land mail.
- 3 Skype conferences, where I answered all the questions.
- Photo utility bill.
In the rules of 1xbet there is point 2.31 in which it is clearly stated that the terms of the proceedings on the account can not exceed two months, in my case it was almost six months, that is, 1xbet themselves broke their point, to my questions:
- What is the procedure that is carried out with my account?
- What are the replicas for this procedure?
- What kind of violations do I suspect?
- The timing of this procedure?
- A complete and concise list of necessary documents for its completion.
- Explanations that the rules do not specify specific documents that can request 1xbet
I did not receive an answer, they ignore me and one answer comes to all my letters:
"Your account is under investigation, you need to follow the instructions listed on the site."
I want to note that I'm not the only one, a lot of players who faced the chaos of lawlessness. I managed to get in touch with the licensee who issued the license to 1xbet, surprisingly they received my letter and replied to me, wrote that my complaint was sent to the bookmaker and they are waiting for a response, my complaint was to specify the deadline for completing the verification and write a complete and final list of documents, one letter to two addresses, to my and to the address of the licensee.
"The user shall pass the verification procedure provided by the rules.
At present we are waiting for the additional package of documents. When sending the documents the user shall follow the instructions from the Personal Account. When the Security Service receive the documents the user will be immediately informed.
The decision is taken individually for each person, the security service can request an additional package of documents if it is necessary for more complete verification than the first minimum package allows. In order to avoid cases of fraud, verification of the identity is carried out with close attention.
Best regards, 1xBet”
That is the answer to specific questions the bookmaker does not deal with me or the licensee, they do not care about the authority that issued them a license, even their authority is not important to them and they act in their own interests, violating their own rules and blackmailing players and extorting various documents and questionnaires, including those certified by a notary. The result is one: this bookmaker does not want to pay money to the players and does not pay, detains someone else's funds and uses them for their own purposes, I personally see the fraud in the actions of 1xbet, I also think that there are enough grounds to take away their license to gamble, as well as the initiation of a number of criminal cases against these scammers. Also I want to add that I asked them very strongly and explained that I have three small children and I have debts on loans and I really need these money now, they also ignored me. I'm desperate, I do not know where to turn for help!
Upon contacting 1xbet, we received the following answer:
"Please notify the player, that he has received exact instructions on how to verify and unblock his account. He should follow these instructions before he can access his account. The sooner he completes his verification, the faster the issue will be solved."
