The patrons at the Resorts World Casino at Manilla witnessed scenes of utter mayhem last Friday after an "English speaking gunman" stormed the Casino and murdered 36 people.
The terrorist organization ISIS was quick to claim responsibility for the attack, however, the Philippino police have played down these allegations. According to the Manilla Chief Police Oscar Albayalde, the perpetrator was named Jessie Carlos, was married with three children and had a history of problematic gambling behaviour, that led to an 80.000$ gambling debt.
The attacker entered the Resorts World Casino on Friday night, shot 36 people, stole chips worth 1.7$ million, set fire at tables, before burning himself to death.
