sbtech platform live chat proactSBTech, the publicly acknowledged pioneer in online gaming solutions, has recently added the revolutionary Live Chat tool "ProAct", that will enhance and simplify customer support.

Specifically, the ProAct tool offers the following advantages:

  1. Streamline player queries. Each complaint or question is placed on a relevant category, thus allowing its easier identification.
  2. Simplify problem solving. The customer service team will be able to choose from a set of pre defined answers, in order to solve each problem quicker.
  3. Enhanced player & bets database. New breakthroughs on the storing of each player's database, lets the support team access betting and transaction history quicker.
According to Oded Amir, SBTech's Lead Product Manager of the ProAct platform: "ProAct is a ground-breaking tool that allows our partners to guide the player ‘by the hand,’ either with live agents, automated responses or a combination of both, dramatically reducing churn and instances where new players fail to deposit. Quite simply, ProAct is an exceptionally powerful CRM tool and I’m certain that all our partners will wonder how they’ve managed without it for so long.”
