The last few years acts as a sponsor to the Scottish Professional Football League and as everything seems, the British gambling operator seeks to extend the sponsorship. Ladbrokes has acted as SPFL lead sponsor since 2015. The bookmaker announced that it wanted to extend its existing £2 million a year sponsorship agreement with SPFL for the upcoming 2017/18 season. Informing the investors and the press, Ladbrokes marketing stated that it expects to confirm its sponsorship renewal within the coming days. The league stakeholders, have supported the sponsor’s investment in grassroots and social initiatives, meaning that all sides are more than happy with the current partnership.
Jim Mullen, who is the Ladbrokes Coral CEO, commented on the upcoming renewal of the SPFL sponsorship
