Yggdrasil enters the Italian market powerfully

Yggdrasil continues its expansion and in the latest deal they have made, they agreed with the Italian Bwin to integrate its video slots directly into the operator’s bwin.it and Gioco Digitale sites. Yggdrasil’ s games will be offered in the Italian market for the first time, due to their agreement with GVC Holdings. By this way, Yggdrasil gets the chance to grow its business and at the same time expand its geographical reach. In the beginning, Yggdrasil will provide Bwin with 11 games that are going to be certified by the Italian regulations and some of the titles will be launched are Dark Joker Rizes, Vikings Go Wild and Nirvana.

Fredrik Elmqvist, who is the CEO at Yggdrasil Gaming, commented on the deal: «We are thrilled to have joined forces with an operator as big and as respected as GVC to enter the Italian market. We will provide GVC’s Italian operations with a premium gaming platform to initially offer eleven certified games with a view to providing many more as the partnership develops. We have grown our footprint across Europe this past year. This is the latest in a long line of big deals, and shows the progress we are making and just how desirable our games and in-game promotional tools have become.».
