New CEO appointment for William Hill

11 Mar 2017

William Hill CEOThe British gigantic gambling operator William Hill enters a new era with the appointment of the new Chief Executive Officer and in fact with immediate effect. The chosen one will be Phillip Bowcock, who firstly proved what he is capable for, after he was appointed as interim William Hill CEO in July 2016. He will now take on the role permanently and the company will end a seven month searching, since James Henderson’s departure. The latter failed to deliver the proper growth the William Hill governance wanted and now the new CEO should show even more results. Of course, Phillip Bowcock will have William Hill’s governance by his side, after he has showed in the past seven months that he can deliver the expected results and that he may lead to the future the great momentum that has been created for the British bookmaker.

William Hill Chairman, Gareth Davis commented on the appointment: «Since his appointment as Interim CEO last July, Philip has driven the business forward at real pace and we have seen important progress across our Online, Retail and international businesses over that time. Our recent results show that William Hill is now in a stronger position and Philip has outlined a clear plan to continue that momentum into the future.».

BOOK SPY BONUS REVIEW

During the early years of online betting, being registered to William Hill’s website was considered a sign of prestige. One of the leading worldwide brands, Will Hill remains stable and secure, always reliable, by carrying the proud tradition of British bookmakers. They have also kept the traditional horse racing and greyhound betting. Football and other sports (especially minor leagues outside Britain) have been massively reworked through the years and are now considered one of their best suites. They remain a traditional choice for every punter, however we would like to see an increase in their limits on some less popular events.
